At Upland Homes, our goal is very simple - for you to find your next property with ease!
Listing Properties
Anyone who has adequate right to said property to as long as they meet our compliance criteria, typically the owners or agent managing the property.
Depending on your plan, properties listed will remain publicly available, then afterwards becomes a draft.
Also, your plan determines the types of listings you can publish. Kindly refer to our Pricing page for more details.
Kindly select a plan first to enable you submit a listing.
Yes, we offer a 30-day free listing period on all our plans to try out our services for new customers. Your free trial will be activated automatically.
Clients are always encouraged to report any listing on our site. Doing so will help alert us on the next steps and also inform others to be wary of such listings. Kindly send an email to listings@uplandhomes.com.ng
Booking
Site Inspection Bookings are only available for Rent and Sale type listings. You can book an inspection on the actual listing page.
Please kindly log in to book a property for short-let on the available dates for the said property.
After booking a property, both agent and seller have a 24-hour window period to confirm a booking appointment. Unconfirmed bookings will be reimbursed.
Bookings cancelled after initial 24-hour window period by client or agent may result in payment surcharges.
Payment
Payments can be made directly to Upland Homes via our payment processors to protect the interest of the clients and agents and are consequently remitted after 24 hours once bookings are confirmed.
As an individual agent, payments are received 24 hours after confirmation as long as bookings are accepted.
A small third-party processing fee may be charged by payment processors. We also charge a commission for booking of short-lets via our platform.
